Follow the steps below to set a new password:

STEP 1: Open the FibriCheck app and select 'I have an account'

STEP 2: Select 'Forgot Password'.

You will receive an e-mail with which you can set a new password. Please note that you will only receive this e-mail if you have activated your e-mail address during the creation of your account. If you do not receive an e-mail after you click on 'Forgot password', please contact our live chat on our website.
